Busy schedules can create feelings of overwhelmness. We have to remember to relax our mind in order decrease that feeling. When feeling overwhelmed it is hard to concentrate and focus due to racing thoughts, almost like a movie on fast forward. This is such a stressful feeling that can have negative effects. How do we stop the racing thoughts?
When you begin to feel your mind go into a whirlwind, stop, shut your eyes, and breath. Imagine yourself in a place of calm. Hold that thought, breath, feel a sense of peace enter your mind.
