Have you ever thought about writing a letter to your loved one? Writing a letter allows you to express what you want to share and feel a connection. Sometimes we wish we could share a moment to just talk about our day, share a funny story that we knew they would like, or just share that we miss them, we love them, and think of them every day. Writing is very healing and is an outlet for our emotions. You may feel sad, cry, but you may also smile. Knowing that you can still connect is a powerful feeling. When someone dies, we think they can no longer be part of us, but that isn't true. I talk with my husband daily; most times I feel his presence with me, other times I do not but I will get a sign that he is near. Try writing your letter and see what it brings. ~~ Blessings Cammie
