Welcome to Let's Walk Your Journey! I'm happy that you have found this page and feel ready to explore your journey.  With life's stressors it can be difficult to manage and find the strength needed to move forward. Grief is an emotional response to a significant loss triggered by the passing of a loved one, someone meaningful in our life. Although associated with death, we also mourn the loss of friendships, serious relationships or employment. Grief is a hard journey to walk and here you do not need to walk this journey alone. I myself have walked this journey and have found it to be a very healing process. Understanding your feelings and emotions is the first step in the healing process. Together by using motivational techniques, we will identify the right path for your healing to begin. I look forward to walking this journey with you.  In addition to Grief/Bereavement, we also provide motivational coaching, working through feelings of anxiety using strategies that will assist you in achieving your goals.
